Positive: So generally descriptions can be a bit out...this cottage is genuinely a stroll to the river and a gentle 25 minute walk to Belmont city centre.
It is charming, has all the space and utilities you need and a large back garden which catches the sun all day.
Customer service pre and during stay was exceptional
Negative: Struggling to find anything to say here so in truth...nothing

Very nice home. However we did have some issues with water backing up in the bathroom sink and tub and we did see and kill 3 cockroaches.

Awesome location and accommodations
Super responsive property manager. Had an issue and it was corrected immediately. Location was awesome. Walking distance to the river. Tons of places to eat and hangout in Belmont. House was perfect as described.
